Rescue Diver Course

The Rescue Diver course is a fun yet demanding course. It will expand your knowledge and experience, making you a more proficient diver. Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is challenging, it is a rewarding way to build your confidence. Rescue Diver training will prepare you to prevent problems and manage dive emergencies. Many divers say this is the best course they’ve ever taken. You'll cover:

  •  Self-rescue and diver stress
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Panicked diver response
  • In-water rescue breathing protocols
  • Exits
  • Dive accident scenarios

One of the most critical steps in dive rescue is the ability to provide emergency oxygen to the injured diver. This step saves lives and buys time for definitive medical care. Oxygen is the first step to treating all decompression illnesses. Save a life by taking the O2 Provider Course!
